To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refund requests made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@vestifunding.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to our services until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days. After this period, you may cancel but will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining months.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
